Amber Regent - its name inspired their West Regent Street home - specialises in seafood. With both a la carte and business menus to tempt city centre residents, workers and travelers, the restaurant fills up swiftly most lunchtimes and again around supper time. Service, as you would expect from any self-respecting Chinese restaurant, is impeccable.
