We paid £150 for a standard double room for one night. The view was not good and the room was average unlike the images on the website where the room looks great. It was OK but nothing special. Overpriced for the room and standard of breakfast.

Just a one light stay, the hotel is full of character, old and creaky but lovely at the same time. The staff very friendly and they have organised check in post covid very well. The only downside is the lack of parking but the Regency car park is a minute away and £20 overnight. Rooms were big and nicely finished , the location is straight out on to the promenade and minutes walk from the centre of town

Stayed here for a night away in Brighton - the location is fantastic, the staff were all really helpful and friendly. The best part was the room - We stayed in Brighton Rocks with a sea view and it was fabulous the jacuzzi alone made it worthwhile was loathe to leave! Will definitely be back!
