Great location - a stone's throw from Queen Street Station - friendly and helpful staff, pretty straightforward check-in. My room was on the 8th floor and was pleasantly surprised: really quiet, spacious, spotless clean, with a comfortable bed and pretty decent shower. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the fact that reception is squeezed in a small area and it looked really busy most of the time. All in all I was so pleased I've already booked my next stay there in a month's time
