I ordered a Roma mirror / heater and had some questions regarding the method of heating as well as some ambiguous installation instructions. All my queries were answered very promptly and clearly, something that was very much appreciated, and that gave me a good insight in to how the company operated. The mirror looks very good indeed. It has only just been installed and even though the weather is not bitterly cold, I am very pleased with the way it performs. I would certainly recommend this company - from a communication point of view, as well as delivery, and most importantly, quality of the product.
