Arrived after a 6 hour journey and Elaine put our minds at ease straight away by telling us not to rush to get to the restaurant. The room was clean and had what you need, albeit small. We will return and give more notice to get so we can get a better room. Though I had wanted a room with a view of Loch Lomond I knew that wasn't possible before I got there but I wasn't disappointed with the view we had across the field, plus we got a great view of the wedding that was going on and piper! We stayed there as we were going to watch Still Game at the SSE and this was a great base. We had a great meal in the restaurant, two beautiful breakfasts and a lovely afternoon tea. We will definitely return and I'm so pleased I chose this beautiful location. We walked around part of the loch to Balloch Castle which was closed, but great view. Thanks to the staff for a great weekend 4th and 5th October.

Excellent service. Stopped off for a nice meal and were seated and served extremely quickly. Food was great, atmosphere was great.
