Renowned for its chilled-out vibe, Cutters Warf, located in Laganside on the banks of the river, is a great spot to enjoy a relaxing soiree. Having undergone a refresha couple of years ago, the chic splitlevel bar and restaurant (the former is on the ground floor, while the latter is overhead) has been doing a roaring trade ever since. Staffed by sharply-dressed and friendly young servers, Cutters Warf delivers five-star treatment whether you’re popping in for an impromptu lunch or formal dinner. The venue is ideally located for enjoying an outdoor BBQ party or cocktail style get-together: there are numerous wooden tables situated right by the river, and the whole area is well-lit in the evenings. If al fresco dining isn’t to your liking, simply head inside and grab a refreshment at the cosy downstairs bar. Not only are there regular live music performances here, but the large TV screens make Cutters a superb venue for watching live sport. Food is, of course, subjective but the BBQ glazed baby back ribs, which fall straight off the bone, come highly recommended. Whatever’s on your plate – or in your glass – Cutters Wharf makes for a most pleasant visit
