The Bieldside Inn is a well regarded Aberdeen
establishment, situated a few miles west of the
city. The pub is run by PB Devco, whose string
of prestigious local nightspots includes Soul,
The Forum and The Howff. The Bielder, as it is
affectionately known, draws in a mixed crowd
through the week; football fans looking to quench
their thirst while catching the live Premiership
action in the bar as well as local families keen
to leave the cooking to someone else for the
evening. The menu draws upon pub classics and
traditional Scottish fare. Through the week, drinks
and meal deals are available, while on special
occasions such as Valentine’s Day, a set menu
promises three courses plus a glass of bubbly.

Vovem Meat and Liquor specialises in purveying
the best cuts, showcasing the fine British beef

from ‘Boven’ meaning ox, cow or bull in Latin.
