Ingredients are sourced locally
and ethically, using sustainable
methods. The meat comes
from Kings Farm Butchery,
fish from Peterhead market,
dairy from Yester Dairies and
fresh Scottish vegetables
from Charles Stamper. Baked
goods, including traditional
favourite scones and butteries,
are delivered daily from
Inverurie. Expect an experience
in the bar with experimental
concoctions unique to The
Spiritualist, created before your
very eyes. Try an Ice Sphere:
a drink contained within a large
ice cube, served in a cup,
that must be cracked before
sipping. Brunch is a speciality
too, and with special offers
available throughout the week,
you can indulge in fancy food at
