If you like your thrills high octane, Transition
Extreme is the place for you. The venue boasts
its own skatepark, climbing wall and ropes course,
offering adventure hunters plenty of exciting
physical fodder. Transition Extreme is a great
place to take the kids, hold a birthday party, or for
a team-building corporate day out. See how far you
can go on the breathtaking aerial assault course,
take on the instructors’ challenges, try the Extreme
Drop (where you’re attached to a power fan as you
step off a 10m high tower) and test your mettle with
Jacob’s Ladder, the Gladiator Challenge, the Leap
of Faith and much more. This first-class facility
is recognised by Mountaineering Scotland as a
regional hub, and provides ample opportunity for
not only exercise and psychological challenges, but
social interaction too. Whether you’re brand new to
these sports or more experienced, you’ll enjoy the
thrills that are on offer.

Trampoline parks have been popping up all
over the country, and Jump in Aberdeen is
one of them. It’s a great spot to keep the kids
entertained during the school holidays. As well as
interconnected trampolines, dodgeball, basketball
and a tumble track, there’s a battle beam, giant
airbag, interactive wall, soft play, drop slides and
a twist ladder. Birthdays are made simple – just let
Jump In handle the party (and the ensuing mess).
Children can burn off surplus energy and return
to you tired and happy, while mums and dads can
relax over a coffee in the adjacent cafe. Safety
standards are exceedingly high, with marshalls on
hand to ensure everybody is keeping to the rules.
Jump In is open throughout the year, seven days
a week (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and
New Year’s Day). Book online or turn up for some
calorie-crushing fun for the whole family.
