Castle Hotel is located
amidst some of the most
stunning
scenery
in
Scotland. Originally known
as Sandston, it was the
family home of the Dukes
of Gordon during the 18th
century, but was purchased in
1946 with the aim of creating
a haven of relaxation. This
privately-owned hotel will
impress even the most
seasoned of travellers, with
two exceptionally-decorated
suites and 17 cosy yet
expansive bedrooms. You
can choose your space to
come complete with a four-
poster bed, while every
bedroom is replete with
an Italian-tiled en-suite.
You’ll even be treated to a
complementary sherry upon
arrival, and there’s a family
suite for those who are taking
a break with their children.
The tall Georgian windows
of the dining room speak of
the opulence that awaits you
inside, with panoramic views
of the woodland that flanks
the hotel. Locally-sourced
ingredients make for a
delectable choice of dishes,

Rissotto
of Scottish Lobster and
delicious Wild Salmon Pavé.
