Fruit picking, animal handling and egg collecting
are just some of the outdoor activities that can be
enjoyed at Briarlands Farm. Just wait till the kids
see the outdoor play centre complete with cable
ride, mini diggers, sand pits and tractor go-karts,
plus there’s a football skills game to play and
animal paddocks to see. When the sun retreats
behind the clouds, there’s always the indoor
activities to entertain, including Busy Bees craft
area where kids can create sand art and engage
in deco-patch activities. No play centre would
work without a tearoom and Briarlands’ comes
in the form of The Farmer’s Den. A selection of
sandwiches and light bites can be savoured,
there are also toasties, soup of the day and a
kids’ menu. This includes the option of a picnic
bag that can be enjoyed indoors our out as the
weather permits.
